Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- If you require our pickup service, please ensure you book the option with transfers included in the price. Please note that cutoff for the option with transfers is +10 hours before the activity, to allow time for us to arrange the transfers. Select your pickup location from the list; should your hotel not be listed, please message or email us to confirm if we can pick you up from your location. Apologies, however, we cannot arrange our port or hotel transfer service after 6 pm on the day before your activity OR the same day as your activity as we require time to make the necessary arrangements.

Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes before this time. Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Pacific/Efate time to receive 100% refund.
