Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- This is a shared tour, the pick-up time is between 2:00-3:00am at the lobby of your hotel. You will receive an email indicating your exact pick-up time with your driver details. Pick-up is available in any hotel in Cebu City, Mandaue, Talamban, Mactan, Lapu-lapu, Talisay Cebu area.

- Please bring extra swimming clothes, towels and toiletries. There is a changing room when you arrive in Oslob and you can take a shower after your tour in Badian
- Go pro rental in Oslob are available for ₱600-800. You can bring your own SD card and pay the driver the fee on site
- Canyoneering is a very extreme sport that includes jumping off cliffs and trekking downstream: all participants of this activity are expected to be in good health before joining the activity
- Zipline is available add on for the canyoneering tour. The additional surcharge for the zipline is 600 pesos per person
- Minimum age to join the canyoneering activity is 7 years old
- Kawasan Canyoneering is CLOSED every 3rd Wednesday of the month due to government clean-up
- In the event that this tour is canceled due to rough weather conditions, customers may opt to reschedule or receive a full refund
