- We pick up guests from the hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter or the meeting point from 15:30/19:30, depending on the customer's choice.
- Travelers will be picked up 30 minutes before departure time

- Automatic bike is not suitable and dangerous in Ha Giang Loop. We have short training with semi-automatic and make sure you become professional
- Group tour just only departs with easy rider (we don’t accept self-driving tourists because of dangerous, long and narrow road)
