This is a direct entry ticket— When booking, you will need to provide your flight details arrival to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA/KLIA2). — Approximately 24 hours before your arrival, you will be contacted re-confirm your flight ETA and the time of pickup, you will also be provided the means of contact with your driver to coordinate the designated pickup "door" at the "Arrival Pick Up Lane". — Your driver will be waiting for you at Arrival Pick Up Lane for your transfer to Ipoh using our air-conditioned comfortable vehicle.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
