About the Activity

This is an experience for walking, nature and food lovers. The beginning of this trek is in fact in the green heart of the island of Salina rich in biodiversity. With the local guide you will be able to learn many things about agriculture, discover how the vineyards grow and be able to enjoy breathtaking views. It is a journey through the vineyards of Malvasia, Insolia, Cataratto and other autochthonous varieties and for the younger ones it is interesting to know the fruit plants that they will encounter. There will always be a panoramic view of the mountains. We will continue to the village of Leni where we will conclude the experience in a family-run farm. We will first visit the cellar in typical Aeolian architecture, and then we will taste some caper products together with other vegetables, Sicilian cheeses and a paired glass of wine.
