During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of bread making, learning the secrets to creating fragrant and crunchy bread. Chef Angelo Lanaro, awarded 2 forks by Gambero Rosso, will guide you in the preparation of these dishes. Chef Lanaro will guide you step by step through the kneading, leavening and baking process. You will learn the fundamental techniques to achieve perfect texture and delicious flavor. Next, you will have the opportunity to experience making homemade pasta. Chef Lanaro will teach you how to prepare the dough and how to shape it into the desired shapes to create tagliatelle, ravioli or gnocchi. Finally, the sweet moment of the lesson will arrive with the preparation of the famous Italian tiramisu. You will learn how to balance the flavors and present tiramisu with elegance. After completing the cooking class, you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes you have prepared during a delicious lunch.
