- SEAPORT PICK-UP INSTRUCTION 1. There are several different ports in Phu My area (SSIT, CMIT, SP-PSA,...), please check with cruise staff to define the correct seaport for the meeting point. 2. You will receive confirmation of the detailed booking via WhatsApp or email before your arrival. 3. Upon arrival, call/message the hotline (WhatsApp) and let us know that you are ready to pick up. 4. After passing customs, going through the MAIN EXIT GATE, walk along or use a free shuttle bus to the mentioned meeting point (500–900 m). You can ask for information at the assistance booth. 5. An assigned driver (with tour guide) will be waiting for you outside with a name sign. 6. What to do if you can’t locate your driver? Please call/message the hotline listed on your ticket.
