Meeting and Pickup

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- The departure time is subject to daily water conditions, which are forecasted by OnBird operation team. As this is a shared transfer, early or late pick-up may occur. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the day of travel, depending on the group size and water conditions. Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick-up time. A small surcharge applies for pick-up points outside of Duong Dong and to the North: Ong Lang Area - The Shells Resort: VND 250,000/group Cua Can Area - Movenpick Resort: VND 350,000/group Vinpearl Area - Mai Phuong Resort: VND 450,000/group Ganh Dau Area: VND 500,000 For guests staying in the Cay Sao Beach area, please come to the designated pick-up point in the center.
