Once a month she sets up a small restaurant right in her kitchen where she serves an exquisite 6-course meal (including 2 amuses) prepared with fresh and local ingredients. If you're lucky you will find yourself on 1 of those 18 much-wanted front-row seats. Smeulders is the Curaçao queen of contemporary Caribbean cuisine and known for her culinary creativity.
