Cella Vinaria Antiqua is a centuries-old Winery-Museum, restored and converted into a workshop for the production, preservation and dissemination of the ancient technique of producing wine in clay pots. This is the ideal exercise for anyone who wants to understand the influence that clay has on wine during its production. How can 2 wines made from the same grapes taste so different?
