Visit four Scottish distilleries for a whisky tasting in one day. Usually three whiskies at each location. Samples can be taken home. The tour for the whisky lover! We will provide an itinerary, however, let us know if you have any must taste whiskies! Four distillery visits and tasting sessions from the following: Whisky tasting distilleries: Deanston, Tullibardine, Glenturret, Aberfeldy Auchentoshan, Clydeside, Glenkinchie, Holyrood Visit more distilleries, have an expert lead tasting, take photos and have a look round each visitor centre or shop. All tasting sessions paid for. Three whiskies at each distillery. (please note - we may have to substitute distilleries due to Christmas period opening hours. The Glenturret Distillery
The Hosh, Crieff, United Kingdom, PH7 4HAThe Glenturret Distillery is located on the banks of the Turret River two miles north west of Crieff in Perthshire, Scotland. The distillery is hidden in the glen and its secluded location may have contributed to its early history as the site of several illicit bothy stills. The high hills to either side of the distillery were thought to act as lookout points for the smugglers. Glenkinchie Distillery
Pencaitland, United Kingdom, EH34 5ETGlenkinchie lies, as the name might suggest, in a glen of the Kinchie Burn near the village of Pencaitland, East Lothian. It is situated about 15 miles from Edinburgh. The distillery is set in farmland. The name 'Kinchie' is a corruption of 'De Quincy', the original owners of the land. Its origins date back to around 1825 when it was founded by brothers John and George Rate, While there are no direct records it seems likely that Glenkinchie is the Milton Distillery previous recorded in the area. Auchentoshan distillery is a Single Malt whisky distillery in the west of Scotland. The name Auchentoshan is from Gaelic Achadh an Oisein and translates as "corner of the field". The distillery is also known as "Glasgow's Malt Whisky" due to its close proximity to Glasgow and "the breakfast whisky" due to its sweet and delicate nature. Auchentoshan is located at the foot of the Kilpatrick Hills on the outskirts of Clydebank in West Dunbartonshire near the Erskine Bridge. It is one of six malt whisky distilleries in the Scottish Lowlands along with Bladnoch, Glenkinchie and recently Daftmill Distillery, Annandale Distillery and Ailsa Bay Distillery. 45 minutes • Admission Ticket FreeView Location
