A 4hr tour to the historic mountain top batteries and gun emplacements at Castillitos. Take a tour in our stunning Wrangler Jeep to the Bateria de Castillitos. We ascend winding mountain roads offering spectacular views of the mediterranean. At the peak we will enter the Bateria which enclose the two collosal Vickers guns with more stunning scenery of the med and surrounding mountains. These massive batteries were part of the shore defenses of Cartagena. A must for any military enthusiasts and anyone who loves beautiful scenery with its impressive views & history. Please note that the Batteria is entered by foot (approx a half kilometre walk), we drive to the entrance and follow this on with a walk around the amazing fortifications & guns.
