The El Boquerón National Park is located on the crater of the San Salvador volcano. The name refers to the size of the huge volcanic crater. Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- If you are flying with AVIANCA Airline, you will have to go to the área between gate 2 and gate 5, there you will find AVIANCA stand (booth), there you will fill a form that will be required at immigration. They will let you know if you have to pay a fee to leave the airport. (Usually when you are having a long layover, like yours.. you dont have to pay, because it is included in your ticket) After this follow the normal process, going directly through immigration and customs. Here you will pay $12.00 USD for a temporary VISA Once you are outside the airport, we will be waiting for you with a sign with your name.
