From dynamic & invigorating practices to help find strength, over restorative practices infused with philosophical inquiry, to contemplative & meditation practices, with an invitation to be still, our private sessions are trauma-sensitive, inclusive & cater to diverse preferences.
Classes will be personalized to meet you exactly as you are, and honor what serves you best at this moment in time. You also have the option of creating a workshop-style class to advance your practice, or work on something you’ve been seeking personal instruction with.
