About the Activity
I’ll teach you the secret of traditional pasta while sharing the wonderful view of the hills from the top of the house where you'll feel filled with positive energy. We'll knead the dough for pasta, and then we make spaghetti and the bigoli with a typical tool. We cook and prepare the dough in a gorgeous top floor attic and then cook and eat in an ancient kitchen in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I obtained the Italian HACCP certification at the top level for the food and beverage safety.2 hours 30 minutes

You will welcomed into a typical house of the picturesque village of Avesa with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together . I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine and bigoli ( a tipical local spaghetti). We'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic and basil for spaghetti and evo oil, garlic and anchovy for bigoli and then we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine.
You are welcomed into a real Verona house, not a restaurant, a B&B or an agrotourism, an ancient house with a very familial atmosphere.View Location
