About the Activity

Spätburgunder or Gewurztraminer doesn't roll easily off the tongue, but both these German wines do flow very well down your throat. Join me on a grape escape to discover whats WUNDERBAR about the German Wine regions -Pfalz On this tour we will explore the Pfalz wine region about (1hr.15m) south from Frankfurt. Here you find a charming wine region of rolling hills with ancient wine roots and traditional wine villages with French influence. Being a warmer region the wines have more body and ripeness and its here beyond Riesling you will find some of Germany's best red wines. On this tour we visit 3+ wine stops trying over 25+ types of German wines focused on the best quality and value from smaller boutique wine producers. After all that wine we will stop for some regional wine tapas to keep the balance and wine flowing. Cheers! Pick up from Frankfurt, Mainz, Mannheim and Heidelberg areas. This tour is mostly private, but sometimes is mixed with other wine loving couples.
