No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketPlease send us your mobile phone number for any requests. The meeting point is at the Harbor of Valle Gran Rey (10 minutes before the tour starts). The harbour being quite small, sometimes the Oceano boat has to dock wherever there is space at the inner pier. In case you cannot find the boat, please make sure to look along the whole lenght of the inner pier. ThanksCancellation & Refunds
