Have a taste of freediving and find out what it’s really all about. The first real course, the SSI Level 1 course. In 2,5 days you will acquire the skills to freedive to depths up to 20 metres! This is the purest form of diving. You will learn about the freediving safety procedures and pressure related issues, we’ll discuss the breathing, breath-hold techniques, relaxation, and we’ll teach you all of this via open water and pool sessions and classroom time. For sure a new and fantastic experience! We are an instructor development centre and one of the leading schools in the world. We are one of the only few in the world who can teach ALL level's of freediving, but we prefer to teach complete Newbies and Introduce them in a Safe an Exciting manner to the Underwater World. The SSI Level 1 Freediving course is the first real freediving course and takes 2.5 days wherein you will acquire the proper skills to freedive to depths up to 20 meters. From the Level 1 course you can also go further with the Level 2 course.
In this course, we will introduce you to the purest form of diving. With the help of our experienced and very knowledgeable instructors, your freediving experience will surely be amazing. Here you will learn more about the freediving safety procedures and pressure related issues, we’ll discuss the breathing and breath-hold techniques, relaxation, and we’ll teach you all of this via open water sessions, pool sessions and classroom time. Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We can pick up our customers at any resort or hotel on Panglao Island, we have shuttle services from and to our retail shop in Alona and we pick people up at the Tagbilaran ferry port and Bohol Panglao International Airport.
- Travelers will be picked up 1 hour before departure time
