No need to go on a scavenger hunt or look for answers to be able to continue with this selfguided city walk. You can follow the route at your own pace and make as many stops (for a drink in one of our many bars - just a suggestion) as you like. Learn more about Arnhem Central railway station, the Eusebius Church and strange art you can find on the church, the Devils House, the Saber gate, the John Frostbridge/the Battle of Arnhem and the connection that Arnhem has with Audrey Hepburn, just to name a few things! This tour is available in English, Dutch and German. This is a private city walk that you can do by yourself with up to 4 people in total. Sabelspoort of Eusebiuspoort uit 1357
Markt, tussen Markt en Eusebiusplein, Arnhem, The NetherlandsThe only old gate in the city that is left 'in tackt'. It was heavily damaged during the Battle of Arnhem but was rebuild after ww2. Het Duivelshuis of Maarten van Rossumhuis uit 1518
Koningstraat, naast Stadhuis Arnhem en Markt, Arnhem, The Netherlandsanother gem on the list. This former city hall that is now home to the office of our mayor. This building from the 16th century survived the Battle of Arnhem almost in full. Untherneath the arch, in the brickwork, you can still see the scrapmill 'scars'.
