Discover why Lexington, Kentucky is known as the Horse Capital of the World on this three-hour narrated tour with transportation provided on a comfortable 14-person passenger van. The tour is not all on the van, though, as destination stops are made at world famous Keeneland Race Course* and one or more of the beautiful Thoroughbred horse farms that combine to make the Lexington region the true epicenter of Thoroughbred breeding in the United States ... and beyond. All tours are given by very experienced local guides who share a wealth of stories about the history of the Lexington area, farms, bourbon production and the Thoroughbred breed of horse -- the most desired breed for winning the world's most important and valuable races. * NOTE: All tours can vary depending on changing venue and farm availability on the specific day of the tour. Step out and enjoy a walking tour of the ivy-covered grounds of historic Keeneland Race Course, home to the planet's most expensive horse auctions. During the race meets in April and October we do not go to Keeneland on the 12:30 pm tours Wednesday through Sunday. - There is no age limit but a ticket is required for all children. It is not recommended for children under six. Kentucky State Law requires infants and/or toddlers must be in a car seat, rear facing until 2 years of age. Children younger than 8 years old and between 40 and 57 inches must be in a booster. Children younger than 8 but taller than 57 inches do not have to ride in a booster seat.

This is the only pick up location. • Dress code is casual • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. November 6th - March 31st: Minimum numbers of 4 guest are required to run tour. If we don't reach these requirements this tour maybe rescheduled or cancelled. After March 31st its a minimum of 3 guests to run the tour! Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/New_York time to receive 100% refund.
