Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the day before, please contact us.
The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe.
Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the tour.
Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the tour site.)
Please do not participate in the event if you have been drinking.

Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
