About the Activity
In this class, you will learn home style ramen and homemade gyoza from scratch using simple ingredients. Not only will you get to enjoy a fun cultural experience during your Japan trip, but with the skills you learn, you can actually try and cook it once you return home. My guests often tell me that they're surprised how simple it is to make and how delicious the food turns out. After my class, you will hopefully have the confidence to cook some delicious Japanese food for your loved ones at home.3 hours 30 minutes

In this class, you can make Ramen (I use my mother's recipe for Ramen soup), make Gyoza with homemade skin (Japanese dumpling), make a side dish and finally taste your own creations.
●Please note:
・If you have any specific dietary restrictions, kindly inform me before you book. I may or may not be able to accommodate your needs. I'm sorry but I can't make this class vegetarian.
・Participants must be older than 10. Because this class requires the use of a knife, I ask that kids be at least age 10, and are able to use a knife.
・Only people who are participating in the class may attend due to limited space. No spectators, please.View Location
