Feel free to take a stroll at your leisure or rent a bike if you'd like (based on availability-must contact us beforehand to reserve). This is self guided with instruction. The bridge deck stands 212 feet (.06 km) above the Hudson River's surface and is 6,768 feet (2.06 km) long, making it the longest and highest elevated pedestrian bridge in the world! This bridge is connected to the beautiful Hudson Valley Rail Trail. This bridge gets over half a million visitors per year! It is your choice if you'd like to walk down and back or just one way and we'll pick you up on the other side. Beacon, United States(optional) If you're taking the train back to NYC, this is an option for you to be dropped off on Main Street of this town. Beacon is beautiful and has great shoppes, eateries, breweries and more. It is a nice place for you to finish out your day. The train station is within walking distance from the Main Street shoppes and restaurants. Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- We can pick you up/drop you off from a location about 1 hour driving from the Walkway Over the Hudson. This includes, hotels, airports, private rental properties, train stations, etc. The time that we would pick you up would be discussed via email with you and would be a time that works for you and your group.
