This is a direct entry ticketIf you have booked a morning tour and need to contact us on the morning of the tour please email info@byearthandocean.com.au as this is monitored by the guide running this tour prior to our office opening. However please be aware as these are group tours we will not be able to delay the start to accommodate late arrivals. Ubers, taxis and public transport can be very unreliable, if you are not driving yourself we highly recommend planning to be at the start point 20-30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss your tour. If you have booked the SELF GUIDED option please ensure you arrive with a charged smart phone and the GOOGLE MAPS APP installed (not the Apple Maps App). Although it is possible to do this tour without a smart phone, it will be of assistance to have it to utilise our GPS supported maps.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Australia/Brisbane time to receive 100% refund.
