Your guide will give you recommendations and tell you where to meet after lunch but please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrive at the meeting point in time for your PM tour.
- During times of high tides, flooding, or heavy rain, the gondola ride may be substituted for another experience.

- Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not wheelchair/stroller accessible.
- This tour allows time to eat lunch on your own with recommendations from your guide. Before lunch, your guide will share a meeting time and location and you will need to arrive at this location on your own.
- If the local municipality restricts access due to high tide and there are no walkways available, it is the client’s responsibility to bring appropriate footwear (e.g., boots). The guide will modify the itinerary to include alternate dry paths whenever possible. • No refund will be provided if high tide prevents certain parts of the tour, but adjustments to the route will be made for client safety and comfort.
- If access is restricted due to private events inside St. Mark's Basilica and/or Doge's Palace, we cannot be held responsible. This is a situation beyond our control. No refund will be issued.
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather (heavy rain, strong wind, high tide) conditions that prevent the gondola ride from taking place.
- If the gondola ride cannot occur due to any operational or safety reasons beyond our control, no refund will be provided.

Tickets can be redeemed at thE starting point• This tour meets 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. • Backpacks are prohibited inside of St. Mark's Basilica. • This tour runs rain or shine. However, please note that the gondola ride cannot operate during heavy rain or high tides. In this case we will provide an alternative itinerary. • Unfortunately, due to the nature of this tour, it is not wheelchair/stroller accessible. • Sites visited on this tour occasionally close due to holy days, high tides, and/or flooding. If time permits, we will notify you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, modifications may be communicated at the tour start time. If a site closes, you will tour the exterior of the site. • Please remember that the Basilica is a holy place and attire must be appropriate: Both men and women are asked to wear clothing that covers at least the shoulders and knees. Walks of Italy cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to improper dress. Backpacks are prohibited inside of St. Mark's Basilica. • This tour allows time to eat lunch on your own with recommendations from your guide.
