Wurzburg Residenz

Its grand staircase leads to the Imperial Hall, adorned with Giovanni Battista Tiepolo's vast frescoes, among the world's largest. Wurzburg

At its heart lies the Würzburg Cathedral, an impressive blend of Romanesque, Gothic, and Baroque styles. The nearby Marienkapelle, with its striking red facade and Riemenschneider sculptures, and the Rococo Falkenhaus, known for its intricate stucco work, are standout landmarks. Spanning the Main River, the Old Main Bridge (Alte Mainbrücke), built between 1473 and 1543, is adorned with statues of saints and historical figures. This medieval bridge, with its scenic views and vibrant atmosphere, connects the city's rich past with its lively present.
When we have time we can visit a few churches, and end the tour at the old main bridge to drink wine or beer.
