- We have a timing to respect with all partners in Nara and Osaka, especially the restaurants in the afternoon. As a result, we ask everyone to arrive 15 minutes before departure (7:45), so the tour can start on time (8:00). If you are late, you will be considered as "No Show" and no refund is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- While single travelers can book this tour directly, there is a "2 guests minimum" rule to give the tour a GO. in case of a single guest, the session might be cancelled and the guest will be notify as soon as possible, offering a rescheduling, or a full-refund.
