About the Activity
We will visit one of the remaining patches of rainforest within the city. Upon arrival, you will be provided with flashlights, and after a brief educational talk, we will be ready to begin. Immerse yourself in the darkness of La Carpintera Protected Zone for 2 hours and traverse natural trails in search of animals that emerge only after nightfall. With luck, we may encounter insects, mushrooms, spiders, mammals, frogs, and snakes! Take a respite from the city and relish the panoramic view of city lights while listening to the symphony of sounds that nature offers us.
