For this unique experience, I selected for my guests an old style bakery, a cheese & salami shop, a gourmet truffle producer, a local gastronomia & an historical coffee bar in Alba. The includes the most relevant seesight and corners of the city, alternating history and art with different tastings (cheese, salami, 2 starters, truffle products, 1 pasta (agnolotti al plin or tajarin), hazelnut desserts or chocolate truffles, coffee or ice cream, water, breadsticks and 2 glasses of wine). - vitello tonnato - dish of cold, sliced veal covered with a creamy, mayonnaise-like sauce that has been flavored with tuna.
- cheese and salami - different types of cheeses and salami
- truffle products - cheese and salami with truffle, crispy bread with truffle sauces

- coffee or cappuccino with "baci di dama" or gelato - sandwich cookie, consisting of two hazelnut cookies joined together by chocolate or artisanal ice cream
