At Chiliboats, we cater to all adventurers with our eco-friendly double Chiliboats. These catamaran-style waterbikes ensure easy pedaling, stability, and comfort. Visitors can explore coral reefs, mangroves, and a variety of marine life. Additionally, it is an ideal spot for birdwatching, with many species nesting in the mangroves or migrating through the region.
These cays are famous for their unique geological formation, creating a natural pool in the middle of the ocean. Here, our participants can swim and relax for 1 hour in shallow waters while enjoying the panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket- Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches) (1.37 m), maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches) (1.96 m) - Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences. - Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won't be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a "No Show". Reserved spaces won't be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged. - Important Notice: In the Caribbean, brief showers are common, but tours proceed as scheduled. The decision to cancel or continue will be made at the meeting point based on the route leader's experience. - Recommendations: Bring only the essentials; **water shoes**, hat, sun protection shirt, shorts, and sunglasses. If you have any medical conditions, consult your doctor and bring medication. - Prohibited Actions: Removing the life jacket, jumping into the water, and colliding with others. The person making the reservation is responsible for negligent damage to the unit or units. Smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs is not allowed. For your safety, that of other participants, and our staff, if we notice that someone is under the influence of the aforementioned substances, we will be forced to prohibit their participation in the activity. No refund will be provided. - Other Aspects: * We reserve the right of admission. * Tips are accepted by our guides and shared as a family.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Suplier may cancel the activity due to too few participants.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Puerto_Rico time to receive 100% refund.
