When they arrive at the Araucanía airport they can call us or write to our whatsapp to coordinate the meeting. They can usually notify us when they are at the entrance of the airport (with their bags), so that we can pass directly with the vehicle through the passenger.
After the meeting the route to follow is:
Airport-Lautaro-Curacautin-Malalcahuello-H.Corralco
(The same route is in case of return).

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Santiago time to receive 100% refund.
