About the Activity
This is our flagship bike tour and a great way to see the "best of Portsmouth and New Castle Island" with an easy biking experience. Join us as we bike to the islands off Portsmouth and New Castle! You will leave the hustle and bustle of Market Square and head to the waterfront. You will pedal through the charming islands, gardens, and lush parks, and over to New Castle Island where the vast Atlantic Ocean greets you. See the beautiful Fall foliage as you pedal along. Your guide will stop to share interesting stories of a tired sleepy town, that turned into a thriving shipbuilding community. Highlights: Ride out to New Castle Island Visit New Castle Island Visit Great Island Common Visit Fort Stark to hear about the father to our state motto "Live Free or Die" Visit Four Tree & Pierce Islands Visit Prescott Park At your selected departure time, meet your guide 30 minutes before your tour start time.
