About the Activity
A unique opportunity to reconnect and reunite with your culture, roots and bloodline. You will receive a traditional African name, which is given to you according to the day of the week you are born and enjoy the village life such as clay pottery making, participate in a traditional cultural performances that will be displayed to welcome you in to the community by the locals. This experience is for the descendants only, as it is a special pilgrimage for special healing process for us! A non descendant must be an ally of black right movement!(Spouse/black family member partaking) This is an energy upliftment where, you experience how Africans lived like kings and queens on their own before the they were stolen to the Cape Coast dungeons and to the new world. You also get to see the beauty of the countryside. We advise you take a bit of cash with you as you might wanna buy some of the beautiful Africans beads as gifts home, and also a bit of donation to support what they do!5 hours to 7 hours
