Follow your guide through the many indoor streets to discover more than 500 stalls offering hidden culinary gems. Try local specialities like barbacoa, tortas ahogadas and birria, and learn about Guadalajara’s rich food heritage. Additionally, you will get to admire the fundamental city landmarks and historic sites such as the Cathedral and Teatro Degollado.
