There are three options for a one-day Ajanta and Ellora caves itinerary. ITINERARY NO. 1: Aurangabad to Ellora Caves to Daulatabad Fort to Bibi ka Maqbra to Aurangabad. We will pick you up from your selected location in Aurangabad at 8:00 or 10 a.m. in the morning and proceed to Ellora Caves. Ellora is at a distance of 30 kilometers from Aurangabad. It will be a 1-hour drive. There are a total of 34 caves in Ellora, which you will need three to four hours to see. After finishing the Ellora tour, you can have lunch if you want. The driver will help you find a good restaurant. After that, on the way back to Aurangabad, we will see Daulatabad Fort and Bibi Ka Maqbara. Your tour ends here. You just have to tell us where you want to be dropped off—a hotel, railway station, or airport. ITINERARY NO. 2: Aurangabad to Ajanta Caves to Aurangabad. 8:30 AM We will pick you up from your selected location in Aurangabad and proceed to Ajanta Caves. Ajanta is at a distance of 100 kilometers from Aurangabad. It will be a 2-hour drive. On the way, you can take a break for tea or in the washroom. There are a total of 29 caves in Ajanta, to see which you need 3 to 4 hours. After finishing the tour of Ajanta, you can have lunch if you want. The driver will help you find a good restaurant. After lunch, you will return to Aurangabad. Your tour ends here. You just have to tell us where you want to be dropped off—a hotel, railway station, or airport. ITINERARY NO. 3: Aurangabad to Ajanta Caves to Ellora Caves to Aurangabad. The tour departs from Aurangabad airport or hotel at 7 a.m. and covers a 100-kilometer journey to Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The caves contain 29 Buddhist caves, which highlight ancient Indian history through beautiful paintings and carvings. After this, if you want, you can have lunch, and our driver will show you good restaurants. After lunch, the journey continues on a 2-hour drive to the 95-kilometer-long Ellora Caves, a complex of rock temples representing Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism. The caves were formed between the 5th and 13th centuries AD and contain 12 Buddhist caves, 5 Jain temples, and 17 Hindu temples. After sightseeing, the journey ends at the hotel or airport in Aurangabad.

If your reservation is for Monday, then we will show you Ellora Caves, Daulatabad Fort, and Bibi ka Maqbara, and if your reservation is for Tuesday, then you will be able to see Ajanta Caves and Bibi ka Maqbara.
Note :- Ajanta caves closed on every Monday Ellora caves closed on every Tuesday.
