A traditional Finnish sauna, Turkish bath (Hammam) and Infrared sauna, a whirlpool and a cold pool. Regular visits reduce fatigue, relax, eliminate stress, increase vitality, physical and mental balance and improve skin elasticity and flexibility. Infrared rays penetrate deep into the skin and they do not just warm it up on the surface as do the Finnish saunas, but they cleanse it in depth: two to three times more efficiently, since only 20% of energy is used for warming up the environment, and the remaining part is intended just for you. Regular use of sauna should also help in reducing high blood pressure, improving blood circulation and anti-cellulite processes. Possible rental of space, where you can indulge in the pleasure of saunas, water massage in the whirlpool or resting.
