Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point

Travelers can choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
In Oakhurst all the hotels on Highway 41 or could meet at Visitor's Center or Denny's Restaurant. Other locations are Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, Pines Resort in Bass Lake and any of the hotels in Mariposa or El Portal. Additional charges for Pick up in Fresno, Madera and Merced Areas

Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches

Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticket• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • Each traveler is allowed 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Los_Angeles time to receive 100% refund.
