Wine Tasting - Toulouse is the capital of the largest vineyard in France. You’ll get to sample the best wines with a local wine-seller.
Foie gras - one of the most luxurious French delicacies, made from duck meat with a rich and buttery flavour. Worldwide famous.

Main Courses

Cassoulet - the gastronomical symbol of the region, a hot and filling stew, made with an abundance of ingredients.

Deserts

Chocolate-tasting - delicious flavored pralines sold in a local shop, a small sweet to balance the savory dishes.
Violet - a much less renown Toulouse specialty, but nonetheless much loved by the locals. Candies, cakes, tea… They put it in everything!
