We are born and raised in the area and have excellent knowledge of the plants and animals living in the rainforest, which includes the Sumatran orangutan. Gunung Leuser National Park
IndonesiaPick up at your accommodation in Bukit Lawang at 9:00 am.
You will be hiking for around 5-6 hours. Exploring the jungle, with explanations from your guide about the area, the plants and the animals you will encounter. Plenty of opportunity for taking pictures.
If you are lucky you will be able to see Orangutans, Macaques, Gibbons, Thomas Leaf Monkeys and Hornbills.
A lunch stop and snacks are included.
In the late afternoon we will arrive at the campsite located near the river, where you can swim, relax and get some refreshment.
In the evening we will have dinner and sit together, play games or make music enjoy the sound of the jungle
