Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Pick-up is available within a 10km radius from Levi. Pickups will start 30 minutes to 1-hour before the tour starts. Exact pickup time will be informed by email the day before. Please wait outside of your accommodation / at the hotel lobby area 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Travelers will be picked up 1 hour before departure time

- 2 adults share 1 snowmobile, single driving is available as a supplement for adults.
- Children 1-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety.
- If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
- Children under 2 year old are not recommended to join this tour.

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Helsinki time to receive 100% refund.
