Pickup details
Tour operator will pick up all customers from their respective locations; or, customers can make their own way to the start point- Travelers CANNOT choose a custom pickup or meeting location.
- Pickup is included from Rakkavaarantie road bus stops and selected hotels in Levi. Pickups start within 30 minutes to 1 hour before your tour starts. Exact pickup time and location will be informed by email the day before. Please contact the activity provider if you have not received your pickup time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or outside of your accommodation 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. A missed meeting time and point will result in a missed tour which will not be refunded.

- Please note: in order to drive a snowmobile, a valid drivers license is required.
- 2 adults share 1 snowmobile, single driving is available as a supplement for adults.
- Children 1-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile. We recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sledge for the child’s safety.
- If a child over 140 cm wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability).
- Children under 2 year old are not recommended to join this tour.
- The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal self-liability of 950€ per person per snowmobile in case of an accident. Additional insurance can be purchased on site for 15€, reducing self-liability to 150€. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour.

No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketYour exact pickup time and meeting point will be informed the day before your activity starts. If you don't receive this information, please contact your tour provider. Missed meeting time and point will result on missed activity which will not be refunded. In order to drive a snowmobile, a valid driver’s license (class B) is required. A provisional license or a picture of the driving license won’t be accepted. The driving license must be recognizable in English. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile and no refund can be offered.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Europe/Helsinki time to receive 100% refund.
