Fire Tower (Tuztorony)
Fo ter, , Sopron, Hungary, 9400The Fire Tower, one of Sopron's icons, was erected on the remnants of Roman fortifications that served as the town's northern entrance tower from the 13th century. The current tower's distinctive design, as well as the baroque balcony, spire, and clock tower with a multi-story onion dome, originates from the restoration following the town fire of 1676. It is also a sign of devotion. On the referendum held on December 14, 1921, the residents of Sopron and eight villages were shown on the relief displaying respect for Hungary.23 minutes • Admission Ticket Not IncludedView Location2
The Storno House is a palace-like Baroque corner house in downtown Sopron and one of the gems of Fő tér. It belonged to the Haberleiter family in the 15th century and accommodated King Matthias during his siege of Vienna in 1482-83. And it came into the property of the Festetics family in the 18th century, when it took on its ultimate form (about 1720).24 minutes • Admission Ticket Not IncludedView Location

Holy Trinity Statue
Templom utca 1, Sopron, Hungary, 9400Jakab Löwenburg and Katalin Thököly Késmárki constructed the Holy Trinity Statue, a set of sculptures in the center of the Main Square. It graces the Main Square with such incomparable beauty that when the letters in the inscription of the Latin chronogram at their kneeling figure are added up, we receive the year of completion of the monument, 1701. The chronogram's Hungarian inscription is as follows: "We, the people of Sopron, constructed the monument as a commitment for the Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit."24 minutes • Admission Ticket FreeView Location5
