Join this special dinner private cooking class in Chiang Mai. It is very suitable if you want to get a more personal touch and celebrate a special occasion by learning how to cook and have fun with a local in their lovely home surrounded with an organic garden. Use ingredients that you will personally pick from their organic garden for your favorite dish. Many fruits, herbs and vegetables are grown in this garden so you can enjoy eating and picking them up. The class is situated in the countryside, 20 minutes from Chiang Mai downtown and Chiang Mai International airport. You will cook 4 dishes plus make the curry paste from scratch and make special fried rice serve with your curry. You may choose your favorite dishes to make from the following categories: Appetizers, soups, pastes and curries, stir fried dishes and desserts.5 hours

- Exclusive to travelers from this booking.
- After pick up you in the town. We will head to the fresh local market to do the market tour and food tasting. You will try the best local food here. This market located a bit out of the town so you will see real Thai people life. Not a tourist place like other market in the town.
- We will give you the menu check list on that day with all food description. So you can choose your favorite dish to cook from our categories.
- Should bring the bottle of water during the market tour and wear the casual dress.
- After finish the market tour, we will give you walk around the market again. You can buy anything you want to eat or take a photo around the market.
- Then head to our home which you will see all organic vegetables that we grow around the house and the rice paddy next door.
- You will start by making the curry paste by yourself.
- Cook soup.
- Cook stir fried noodles dish.
- Cook curry and dessert.
- At the end we will give you the recipe book which is very helpful when you cook at home.View Location
