The travelers will be part of an interactive cooking class, where they learn how to prepare traditional Zambian food and have it for Lunch. From the staple maize-meal porridge (nshima) to vegetables such as chibwabwa (pumpkin leaves) and Kalembla (sweet potato leaves), just to mention a few.View Location
