The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. One of our friendly drivers will be waiting to meet you at the hotel lobby. Waiting for 2 and half hours are allowed at Airport and 1 hour allowed at Makkah/Madinah Hotel, extra waiting charges are SAR 50 per hour. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in Asia/Riyadh time to receive 100% refund.
