About the Activity
The visitors will see the cheese maker at work while he will pull out from the typical cauldron the new Parmigiano cheeses of the day. It will be possible to visit the salamoia room and the storage where it will be possible to beat the cheeses with the famous "hammer" like the Consortium experts.
