- You may change the date of the Everland Theme Park QR code within the validity period.
- Please remember to use the QR code within the validity period. Once the QR code has been redeemed, requests for rescheduling or refunds will not be granted
- Free admission for children below 3 years old.
- Travelers must collect a paper ticket in order to access any of those attractions
- Certain facilities may be closed due to weather conditions. No changes or cancellations can be made once QR code is scanned. Refunds will not be granted

Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
