*We ask our guests to paddle their own kayak, so for safety reasons, if the waves are high or the current is strong, we may not be able to go out on the lake. In that case, the tour will focus on the Chitose River. Because it is natural, we will charge a cancellation fee if you cannot go out to the lake. Please acknowledge it.
*If you are over 80kg, please let us know in advance as we may ask you to ride alone.
*If you weigh more than 100kg, we may not be able to prepare a dry suit, so please contact us in advance.
