No redemption point. This is a direct entry ticketWe do not require customers to have a voucher or ticket upon check in. You can check in with your name. Please message us through viator your location of stay so that we can pick you up directly from there. Pick up will be at the front lobby or front door of condo. Your guide will be holding a sign for you that says "TOPICS OF MAUI TOUR." We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 10-15 minutes before the designated PICK UP time.Cancellation & Refunds
