IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME , THE TIME WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE 60 MINUTES THAT YOU ARE GIVEN TO ESCAPE THE ROOM. Please note: Every group is required to have at least ONE ADULT over 18, and to be present in the room(s) at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS ! Children under age 12 MUST HAVE PRIOR CONSENT from The Secret Chambers Management to participate. The Secret Chambers charges for ages 5 years old, and older. Children under the age of 5 years MUST be either carried/held, in a stroller, or in a parent body harness, at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS ! We (management/staff) reserve the right to refuse service to any group that does not meet these criteria.Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellable up to 24 hours before the travel date (local supplier time) for a full refund. A 100% cancellation penalty applies for cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the start time.- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Suplier may cancel the activity on account of bad weather conditions.
- Cancel at least 1 day before activity starts in America/Chicago time to receive 100% refund.
